I’m Tarsha Pooler, a licensed cosmetologist, cosmetology educator, and founder of The PURH Method™. With more than 20 years in the beauty industry, I created PURH to offer something different—an experience that goes beyond traditional salon services. Every appointment is thoughtfully customized using The PURH Method™, my signature four-step approach to cleanse, reset, nourish, and maintain the scalp. Inspired by the relaxation techniques of Japanese head spa traditions and grounded in professional cosmetology education, each experience combines botanical care, therapeutic touch, and personalized recommendations designed specifically for you. Whether you’re experiencing dryness, buildup, excess oil, thinning concerns, or simply seeking a moment to restore yourself, every service begins with understanding your unique scalp and hair needs. Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a smooth and professional scheduling experience for all clients, the following policies apply: We kindly require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. All appointments require a card on file. New clients and color services require a $30 booking retainer, which is applied toward your service total. These policies are in place to respect the time reserved for each guest and to maintain the luxury experience at PURH Wellness Studio. Thank you for understanding and supporting our growing business.
