Founded by licensed cosmetologist, educator, and scalp wellness specialist Tarsha Pooler, PURH was created to provide more than a traditional salon service. Our mission is to help guests understand their scalp, restore balance, reduce stress, and support healthier hair through intentional care and education. New guests are encouraged to begin with our First-Time Scalp Wellness Experience, which includes a consultation, advanced scalp analysis, and a customized treatment plan designed specifically for your scalp wellness goals. Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a smooth and professional scheduling experience for all clients, the following policies apply: We kindly require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. All appointments require a card on file. New clients and color services require a $30 booking retainer, which is applied toward your service total. These policies are in place to respect the time reserved for each guest and to maintain the luxury experience at PURH Wellness Studio. Thank you for understanding and supporting our growing business.
